Dr. Isha Yadav has a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Delhi. Her area of research was spirituality, parenting and work-life harmony. After having completed her majors in Psychology from the esteemed Lady Shri Ram College for Women, she pursued Masters in Applied Psychology from the University of Delhi. She was awarded a certificate for meritorious performance by the Department of Psychology, Lady Shri Ram College.

A certified clinical hypnotherapist form the California Hypnosis Institute, she has received extensive training in advanced techniques and modalities of hypnotherapy. She has attended several National and International conferences, seminars and workshops. The accolades, in the form of Best Paper Awards, that she has received for her research papers at these conferences reflect her deep research acumen. She has several research publications to her credit. Her areas of interest include social psychology, spirituality, parenting, and gender studies, among others.

Apart from academics, she has corporate experience of working in the market research industry and has undertaken several consumer behaviour studies. She has also undertaken projects in the area of organisational behaviour in collaboration with government organisations. Prior to joining the university, she worked as a lecturer at Amity Institute of Behavioural and Allied Sciences.
