Possessing several years of experience in teaching and training in the area of Economics, Entrepreneurship, Gender Studies, Engineering Economics, Organizational Behavior, Marketing, and other Management related areas. Awarded Ph.D degree from Deptt of Applied Economics , University of Lucknow on the topic “Government Expenditure in Social Services & its Impact on Poverty & Human Development”.

Worked as Faculty at several reputed institutes such as Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Ahmedabad, Institute of Engineering & Technology, Lucknow & Institute of Management Studies, Dehradun.

She has published several papers in national and international journals and has attended Conferences , Seminars and workshops. She has also conducted training programme on Women Entrepreneurship Development for Women Scientists & and Technologists sponsored by Deptt of Science & Technology, Govt of India and has also organized Children and Youth Camps on inculcating entrepreneurial spirits.
