Mr. Keshav Kumar is an officer of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). He is a postgraduate. He is currently serving as the Registrar of Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow. He has rendered over 20 years of service in administrative positions across several departments and districts of Uttar Pradesh.
