TURNITIN Similarity Checker Tool:

'TURNITIN Tool' is limited to checking the similarity of research articles, thesis and dissertations. 'Projects and assignments' cannot be checked with the subscribed Turnitin Tool. Please submit only the final copy of the document to check the similarity. To get the TURNITIN Service, please use the link. Therefore, students are advised to check their 'Projects and assignments' similarity through their GRAMMARLY account.

Digital Lab

The Digital Lab is located on the ground floor of the library. The lab has 45 high-end all-in-one desktops with client-server architecture. Each system is connected to a dedicated LAN network and a Wi-Fi network, which offers an uninterrupted high-speed internet connection to access online learning resources.

The library provides photocopy, printout & scanning facilities under the reprographic services of the library to its users. The photocopy facility is available on the ground floor of the library in the digital lab. The patron must adhere to the Copyright Laws applicable to the photocopying and printing process.

Charges are given below

• For Black and White copy: INR 1/- (A4 size) /per printout.
• For Color copy: INR 10/- (A4 size) /per printout.

The library has installed an OPAC Kiosk on each floor to provide access to the bibliographic details and records of its collection of more than 30,000 books and 8,000 bound volumes of periodicals. The Web-OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) is also accessible online on the campus.

The library has a Self-Check-in and Check-out Kiosk facility on the library premises. The user may return books using this RFID-integrated Kiosk at any time. The user will receive a book return receipt immediately on their registered e-mail.

The library has added special facilities for visually challenged users to assist them in accessing library resources. The facilities include:

JAWS: The lab is loaded with JAWS screen reader software (talking software for blind people), which helps visually impaired students operate the computer system and its applications through voice.

PERL Scanner: A Perl scanner for visually impaired persons is used for reading. It scans text from printed books, etc., and the built-in OCR converts it to audio, allowing visually impaired students to read print books like physically normal students.

The mobile app provides access to the library's subscribed databases. Users can download the RMLNLU e-library mobile app through the Google Play Store and install it on their devices. All the e-resources may be accessed through assigned login credentials.

The library has a video conferencing hall for online lectures, interviews and interactions with professionals and experts. It has a capacity of 100 people with state-of-the-art infrastructure. This hall also organizes various academic programmes, viz. lectures, workshops, seminars, and interviews.

The committee room of the library is well furnished and can accommodate 60 people to organize any academic programmes. It is also used for library meetings, presentations, and events.

The library has installed a lift for impaired people, senior citizens, and women. It has a capacity of 06 people.

The restrooms are available for girls and boys on each floor of the library building, separate from all facilities.

The RO drinking water facility is available near the restroom on the library's ground floor.
