Students who pass the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) can apply to RMLNLU's LL.M. Program. Admission to this program is determined solely by merit, as determined by the through the administration of the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT)..

Eligibility

• The candidate must have passed LL.B. Degree or an equivalent Degree from a recognized University with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% in case of SC/ST candidates of U. P.).
• Candidates who have appeared in the LL.B. Degree exam must have passed/appeared in the final semester/ final year examination of the qualifying examination on the date of his/her admission.

Intake and Reservation

The intake is 48 (forty-eight) and 07 (seven) supernumerary seats per year with the following breakup:

* The Candidates seeking admission against these seats will be required to apply directly to the University in the prescribed format along with the supporting documents as per the notification to be placed on the University Website. CLAT merit will be used for admission to the NRI/ NRI Sponsored Category. Foreign Nationals need not take CLAT-2025 and should apply directly to Dr. RMLNLU, Lucknow.

Mess Fee

Payment towards the mess facility shall be payable yearly in advance. Mess charges may range between Rs. 4,000/- to Rs.4,500/- per month based on the agreement with the service provider.

The University follows a semester and CGPA grading system. The exams are conducted in April and November each year in odd and even semesters, respectively.
