Mr. Vikas Bhati did his LL.B. (Hons.) from the Faculty of Law, University of Lucknow and his LL.M. from National Law Institute University, Bhopal. Here at the University he has been dealing with the Intellectual Property Rights law both in LL.M. and B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) courses. He is also associated with the Universities IGNOU Centre for Post-Graduate Diploma course in the Intellectual Property Rights. Prior to joining the University he worked as an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, New Delhi. He has also worked in the capacity of Research Officer at the Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi. He has been participating in various seminars, conferences and has presented several papers. He has experience of working as an intern in various law firms, U.P. State Human Rights Commission and with Hon’ble Justice A. K. Ganguly, Supreme Court of India. His particular area of interest includes Intellectual Property Laws, Cyber Laws, Law, Science and Technology, Biotechnology Law, Nuclear Law and International Space Law.
